Refund and Transfer Policy for 1Trec Subscription:
1.We do not accepts any refund request though transfer policy applies to the 1Trec subscription provided by Nextgen Property Adviser Pvt Ltd.
2.The subscription is valid for a specified duration depending on selection of package.
3. Transfer Eligibility:The subscriber may transfer the subscription to another individual or entity if they are unable to utilize the service for any reason.Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to buy@propertyadviser.in. at least 10 days before the subscription renewal/exprity date.
4. Transfer Procedure:To transfer the subscription, the subscriber must provide the full name and contact information of the new recipient. The new recipient must agree to adhere to the terms and conditions of the original subscription agreement.
5. Administrative Fee:A one-time administrative fee may be charged for processing the transfer. This fee will be deducted from the total cost of the subscription.
6. Subscriber Responsibility:It is the responsibility of the subscriber to communicate all relevant details and requirements to the new recipient.
7. Non-Transferable Circumstances:The subscription is not transferable if the original subscriber has already utilized a portion of the subscription. Transfer requests received after the specified time frame may not be honored.
8. Approval and Confirmation:Transfer requests will be evaluated by Nextgen Property Adviser Pvt Ltd. Once approved, both the original subscriber and the new recipient will be notified in writing.
9. Modifications to the Policy:Nextgen Property Adviser Pvt Ltd. reserves the right to modify or amend this transfer policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
